She helped me purchase the house and sell the house, she is always so elegant and understanding. I love that she goes above and beyond by having customer appreciation parties and learning opportunities. Although we hit a snag in selling the house (totally out of our control) she always fought for me and then found a suitable buyer quickly after the previous buyer had to back out. She answers all my questions thoroughly and is always fair with her answers and guidance. I will recommend Joy to anyone who wants to buy/sell a house.
